Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable). The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request.
During peak season (December 15 - January 15, and Thai holidays), a stricter cancellation policy may apply. These conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
If you need to change your booking dates, please contact us as early as possible. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new dates are at a higher rate.
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, this will be treated as a cancellation with no refund available.
In cases of genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances (such as natural disasters or travel restrictions), we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include rescheduling your stay or providing credit for future bookings.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
